CUVÉE MADELEINE
This dry white wine, 100% Chardonnay, aged on lees, finishes fermentation in barrels for 9 months. Its grilled aromas and its volume on the palate allow it to go very well with smoked fish, meats with white sauces, chicken with morels and sheep's cheese or Comté.
CUVÉE GERMAIN
Bland of Merlot and Syrah, aged in oak barrels for 12 months, it’s a powerful wine with notes of roasting and ripe fruit and on the palate has soft tannins. It goes perfectly with typical South-West dishes such as duck confit, prime rib, or chocolate desserts.
LE ROSÉ
This Rosé is from our plots of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Syrah. It’s fruity, delicious and very aromatic. Pleasant as an aperitif, it will pair elegantly with grilled fish or meat, tapas and fruit tarts.
SAUVIGNON D'OR
Made from 100% Sauvignon, it’s a sweet, light wine (only 10°), very fruity and fresh, in short a wine of pleasure. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with foie gras, Roquefort, or even dessert with its aromas of white peach.
L'ÉPHÉMÉRE BLANC
Our semi-dry wine, perfect for an aperitif, light on the palate, also ideal with smoked fish and other seafood products thanks to its fresh and fruity citrus aromas.
LES COQUELICOTS
It’s the combination of a fruity treat given by Syrah, the roundness of Merlot and the signature spicy finish of Duras. You can enjoy this light wine as an aperitif or with grilled meats and Mediterranean cuisine.
